CANADA DAY AT THE FORKS
WPCC at The Forks on Canada Day..
President's Message:
Despite some intermittent rain throughout the day and a heavy deluge around 5:30 P.M., our annual July 1st Canada Day pin show was a very big success. Large numbers of pin club members turned out to help with the staffing of the tables and/or just to drop by to pay a visit and do some trading. Many thousands of people came to The Forks to partake in the extensive Canada Day festivities which included amongst many other things..........our pin trading tables. Sales of pin club pins and memberships went very well mainly due to the efforts of Wes P. who along with Bob M. also took the wonderful photos that you will see on this slide presentation. A fun time was had by all with hundreds of pins being sold and/or traded to the general public and club members. It should be noted that table space is free to club members. If you wish to make some enquiries regarding joining our pin club, please feel free to contact myself or any of the other executive.
