WPCC 2010 Summer Wind Up
Hi to all Pin Collectors!
WPCC held their summer windup at the home of members, Denis & Sharon Gregoire. Once again, our host and hostess did a wonderful job of providing space and comfort to the 41 people attending this year’s party.
Members and guests enjoyed a great assortment of side dishes accompanied by the chicken, meatballs and drinks provided by the club.
This year’s theme was Hawaiian and a colour array of shirts and leis added to the evening’s success and made for great photo opportunities amongst our members and their guests. A special thanks goes out to member Bob B. for stepping up and taking the many photos in this slide show.
Entertainment for the evening was a duo called Fire and Ice who provided an enjoyable evening of contemporary songs.
Twenty-five prizes were raffled off as well as a 50/50 jackpot of $42. All monies raised go towards club event expenses. Thanks to all who donated prizes, and thanks to all who bought tickets to support this fund-raising process.
